This printing is also undated but seems several years later than that. The only changes are that the first edition was bound in white card covers, this printing is bound in buff covers, this printing has an errata list printed on the title-page verso and the publisher's imprint is found in this printing at the foot of the rear cover whereas in the first edition it is found at the foot of the rear end-paper. .
