This apart a fine hardback copy in the original gilt lettered dark blue buckram. The unclipped colour pictorial wrapper shows slight creasing to the head.

This is a 'limited edition' in original publisher's blue padded calf leather (just might be leatherette) - gilt embossed to the spine and to the front board. No other limited edition markings apart that is from the gilt embossed to the spine. No full sized regular dust jacket as with the trade-edition. Complete with the matching blue card slipcase. No inscriptions. A very good plus or near fine copy in very good minus slipcase. The head of the spine a little bumped to the left hand corner. The slipcase is somewhat soil marked to one panel and slightly mishapen at the head where it was misglued in the first instance by the printer. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions. A very good plus, clean, tight well preserved limited edition copy.
