Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. No date but 1936. 8vo. Pp 251. 5 page publisher's list. Original cloth, worn, stained and shaken. Sutherland Education Committee label to front paste-down endpaper but no other sign of ex library status. A sound reading copy.

Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. A poor copyof this rare work. Inked list of dates 1940-44 - presumably when the book was loaned out from G R Watling, stationer of Twickenham. Binding strained with webbing visible but holdng. Block browned and boards darkened. Needs tlc.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Red boards are in good to fair order. Staining to boards and spine is faded. Corners bumped and rear panel is grubby with some marks. Internally a gift inscription to front paste down and a small stamp to head of ffep. Very light foxing to first few pages. Overall internally VG.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. First impression book in original jacket. Original orange cloth boards in very good condition. Bottom corner bumped title author and publisher in black text to spine. Internally very clean with slight age tone to margins of pages one or two brown spots but generally a very good clean copy. Dust jacket has a large closed tear from hinge at top of spine extending almost halfway down the spine. Area of loss to the top of the spine which does not quite reach the title. Dust jacket has several small close tires and small areas of loss with chipping to the tail of the spine and the bottom edge of the rear panel. However, overall an extremely nice example of a scarce title.
