(4 ll.) *** Decree of 20 June 1615, reiterating a decree of 9 February 1565, which stated that there was no appeal from the pronouncements of the Consejo and Oidores of the Audiencia in Latin America. It adds that no one is permitted to argue that the Audiencia's verdict is invalid because of incompetence or a problem of jurisdiction, and that no one can appeal for restitution from the Audiencia's sentence.This law was printed by Juan de la Cuesta in the same year as he printed the editio princeps of the second volume of Don Quixote.
