He studied at the Royal College of Art and became known for his paintings of buildings and street scenes. After the Second World War he began collecting ceramics and became an expert on creamware, writing many ceramic studies in the process. A very good bright copy with minor wear. This copy has its original acetate jacket. The text is clean and fine.
