The quarterly contains English translations of articles and book reviews from a range of Soviet journals in the social sciences. This issue includes an article on the first Gulf War, and a round table of the USSR Union of Cinema Workers and the AS USSR Institute of Philosophy "Is Marxism Dead?" No markings observed on pages.
