L'auteur (Aspres-sur-Buech, 1754 - Grenoble 1826) était avocat ; il fut reçu en 1778 au Parlement du Dauphiné; émigré, il devint secrétaire particulier du Comte de Provence. En 1816, il est nommé Procureur général près la Cour de Grenoble par Louis XVIII. Rare, très bon état.
