Auf der Linie Bindura-Harare-Kadoma liegt der Great Dyke, ein geologischer Bruch und eine Wasserscheide, an dem zahlreiche Bergwerke liegen, in denen Gold, Eisen, Chrom, Kupfer und andere Metalle abgebaut werden, aber auch Diamanten und zahlreiche Halbedelsteine.
