Ad for Southern Railway on the last page. The book sets forth the love story of two Indians, daughter and son of the chiefs of hostile tribes. The time is 1700, the locale the present site of Asheville. This scarce volume is archived in only four libraries in the United States including at Duke and The University of North Carolina, and is listed in North Carolina Fiction 1734-1957, An Annotated Bibliography. The wrappers are in good condition with approximately 2" tears along the spine, missing paper on spine. Text is clean and unmarked. Book.
