Our Cricket Story, Alec and Eric Bedser, Evans Brothers Limited, Signed by both authors Identical twins Alec and Eric tell their story from their earliest cricket days. The narrative also covers their first-class cricket, especially the Test Matches played in England and overseas and the two Tests in Australia of 1946-47 and the 1948 season against Australia in England, during which Alec Bedser took Don Bradman's wicket no less than five consecutive times. The books has been tripled signed by both authors - in 1950, in 1995 and to a photo taken in 1950. In very good condition, the binding is straight and tight, the boards clean and the lettering on the spine bright. There is a small hole punctured through the front board to page 128. The end papers and pages are free from marks, tears and inscriptions. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a clear, removable cover is in fair condition with loss to the front cover, top edge of the spine and the top edge of the back cover, wear to the edges of the spine and nibbling to the bottom edge of the spine.
