This copy is at least 100 years old as there is a gift inscription dated Christmas 1916 on the ffep. This book is in at least very good condition and really may come up to near fine - - as there is only a bit of time-wear to the red cloth hardback covers with just a touch of wear at the corners and spine extremities. The spine features a gilt titling block and design. The interior text is in near fine condition with only the gift inscription on the ffep and no additional markings. There is a black-and-white frontispiece picture titled -*Sharing the Mother?s Burden*-.
