Paperback. 156p., wraps, first printing, sticker shadow on front wrap, else very good condition. In 1978 California got bullseyed with proposition 13, called the [Howard] "Jarvis/Gann" bill, Jarvis being largely or entirely responsible for the contents, input of course from those he was lobbying for. He probably helped Allen write this text, which is atypical of Allen's usual anticommunist polemics.
