Boards, 102pp, colour reproductions of paintings augmented with B&W photos.Cosgrove was a Quebec painter who died in 2002. Over a seventy-year career, he maintained a consistent artistic path, creating serene figurative representations that explored three principal subjects: forests, women and still lifes. SIGNED and inscribed, "To______, Sincerely, Henri Masson, Nov.1981" to the page opposite the title page under Mr. Masson's photograph. Like new, appears unread, unclipped and not remaindered. Interior is crisp, clean and solid. Gently rubbed to extremities, lightly bumped to the head and tail of the spine. Unclipped dustjacket has a handful of very short tears, tiny chip to the foot of the spine, bumped and lightly creased to the head of the spine. Spine is sunned. Some shelfwear to show. Now protected in archival brodart jacket. Beautiful collection featuring colour reproductions of Masson's extraordinary work. Scarce signed. Signed by Author(s).
