Attention Contract Bridge enthusiasts: Please find a pair of small hard cover books: "The Official System of Contract Bridge" which is a small hard cover book (5 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches, 236 pages), bound in a sort of brown suede boards with gilt titles on cover and spine. As noted in the listing template, no author is named for this book but it does include a list, images and brief bios of The Sponsors. I include photos of the Index and Table of Contents for your information. In addition to this small hard cover book, I will include a copy of an even smaller hard cover guide to the game, titled: "The Official System of Contract Bridge in a Nutshell" by Milton C. Work. This very small book (4 x 5 3/4 inches, about 20 pages) is also bound in lighter brown suede covering and from the same publisher, also dated 1931. Condition: These two small hard covers are in very good condition, especially considering their age. The larger of the two is a bit darkened on its edge from handling and shows some bumping and general wear, but nothing extreme. The gilt titles are also a bit worn and tarnished but still fully legible. Inside, the book is unmarked and the pages are clean and bright with a hint of toning but no foxing. The "Nutshell" book is bumped on the corner and spine tips but not too badly. There is also some rubs and very light scuffing to the finish. Inside, the book is unmarked and the pages are clean and bright throughout.
