Hardcover. Condition: Very Good+. First Edition. Very nice copy of this scarce book. Black board with gilt titles on the front. Hardly any sign of wear on the boards, pages clean and nice. The only flaw is the text staples at the endpapers near the spine gutter are a bit rusty.
