First Edition. Octavo. 26cm. Publisher's illustrated paper covered boards. 196pp. Some very slight wear to boards, mostly limited to a couple of small scratches to the laminate, clean and bright; internally clean, signed and dated (with kisses and hugs) by Penny Arcade to the title page. A very good, attractive copy. A collection of essays and performance pieces interspersed with interviews and editorial commentary, providing a kind of retrospective of Penny Arcade's long career as an incendiary and divisive performance artist (she is virtually the originator of the term in its modern context), and her collaborations with artists like Jayne County, Patti Smith, Mink Stole, John Waters, and the majestic Quentin Crisp.
