This work is the first monograph devoted to Alexander Porfyrovych Archipenko (1887-1964), a renown Ukrainian avant-garde artist, sculptor, and graphic artist. Text in German. Light wear along edges of binding, small chip at head of spine, this rubbed, and minor age-toning along edges of block. Light staining and rubbing of front cover. Missing front free endpaper. Block with light rippling at upper foredge due to water exposure. Binding in overall good to good+, interior in very good condition.
