One side has a map of the Project Location on a Washington State Map, Physical Facts in Brief, Power Capacity of Major Northwest Dams and three paragraphs entitled "Name Honors Indian Chief." The other side has six black and white captioned photos, including several which show the progress of the construction of the dam, along with a lengthy statement of the multiple benefits of the dam. Just hints of wear to extremities, outer panels clean and bright, no separations at the folds, corners square and flat, else fine with no markings.
