Soft cover. Condition: Fine. Atkins (1920-2006) was a Oklahoman western art collector who loaned selected paintings from his collection for an exhibit at the Phoenix Art Museum in 1971-1972. Included in this small collection are a) a copy of the catalog of this exhibit - "Western Art from the Eugene B. Adkins Collection" inscribed by Adkins to Dick Shaug; b) a signed Christmas card featuring a Maynard Dixon painting from his collection; c) a signed Christmas card of a Lavern Black painting from his collection; c) a signed Christmas card featuring a painting by Leon Gaspard from his collection with a long note to someone in Prescott, Arizona; d) a signed Christmas card with a long note about various topics from 1977; e) a signed Christmas card featuring a Gerald Cassidy painting from the his collection; f) a signed Christmas card featuring a painting of Ernest Hennings from his collection; and g) twocovers of Christmas cards of paintings from his collection that have been trimmed and have pin holes.
