From the opening paragraph, "Friend and foe of the Irish agree to allow them preeminence in two matters -- poetry and music. Welsh history states that music came to Wales from Ireland, and nowhere do we find records of a poetic guild so abundant and minute as in the literature of Ireland gradually being brought to the notice of the world A sketch of this caste is all that can be given at present." Illustrations include a bagpiper, Moore's Harp, now at the Dublin Museum, bronze crotals in the Royal Irish Academy, the sea-cave near Giant's Causeway, north of Ireland, the approach to Glengariff, at Bantry Bay, Kerry, a view of the Giant's Causeway, the Witch's Staircase, at Blarney Castle, Cork, etc. Housed in protective mylar report cover.

Illustrations include large and small horns of bronze for chase and war, a keeper of the legends of Ireland, a portrait of Turanian of Finland in the ancient dress, a beaten gold ornament supposed to be a a gorget or breast ornament of chiefs, gold ornaments supposed to be double buttons for cloaks, torques and chains for neck and waste made by twisting gold bars, two examples of armlets of beaten bronze, a statue of the so-called Harcules of the Vosges Mountains - a Keltic god overcoming a god of the Turanians, and a detail from the column of Antoninus at Rome of the kelt of the Roman period. Housed in protective mylar report cover.

Wilhelm Bacher (Hungarian: Bacher Vilmos)? Benjamin Ze'ev Bacher (12 January 1850 - 25 December 1913) was a Jewish Hungarian scholar, rabbi, Orientalist and linguist, born in Lipto-Szent-Miklos, Hungary (today Liptovsky Mikulas, Slovakia) to the Hebrew writer Simon Bacher. Wilhelm was himself a prolific writer, authoring or co-authoring approximately 750 works. He was a contributor to many encyclopedias, and was a major contributor to the landmark Jewish Encyclopedia throughout all its 12 volumes (Dotan 1977). Although almost all of Bacher's works were written in German or Hungarian, at the urging of Hayyim Nahman Bialik many were subsequently translated into Hebrew by Alexander Siskind Rabinovitz.
