Cover depicts Popeye the Sailor Man carrying around his absurdly huge cock in a wheelbarrow, asking a startled man, "Ahoy there, stranger where kin I get me nubbin' polished." First line reads, "Ugh, so this is Africky!." Side-stapled booklet. Beige wraparound card stock cover. Pages printed on one side only. Some oxidation around staple. Some spotting on covers.
