El correpondiente al Principado de Cataluña consta de portada, introducción sobre la historia de Cataluña (1 h.) índice (2 h.) y 86 grabados correspondientes a planos, mapas y vistas de diferentes villas y ciudades. El del Rosellón, comprende portada, 2 grabados que representan sendas vistas de la Isla de la Paz, situada en la desembocadura del rio Bidasoa, donde se firmó Tratado de los Pirineos en 1659 y en los que están representados la parada militar y los pabellones que se construyeron a tal efecto. Le siguen 5 h. con la relación de los representantes presentes en la firma del tratado. Introducción sobre la historia del Condado del Rosellón (1h). Índice de los mapas incluidos (1h) y 23 grabados correspondientes a mapas, planos y vistas de villas y ciudades. El correspondiente a la Borgoña incluye portada, introducción a la historia de la Borgoña, y las zonas que comprende (2 h.) seguido de 27 grabados de mapas, planos y vistas de villas y ciudades. Los grabados incluidos no se corresponden totalmente con los relacionados en los índices, pero como ya indicaba Palau, «no todos los ejemplares se publicaron con el mismo número de láminas e incluso algunas de las que constan en el índice quizá nunca se publicaron». Obra del cartógrafo Sébastien de Pontault de Beaulieu (c. 1612 - 1674), Señor de Beaulieu-le-Donjon, conocido como Caballero de Beaulieu, fue mariscal de campo e ingeniero militar al servicio de Lluís XIV de Francia. Considerado uno de los creadores de la topografía militar gracias a los mapas, planos del terreno y de las fortificaciones de los campos de batalla que dibujó y mandó grabar para el rey. Los grabados son obra de Adam Pérelle (1638-1695). Encuadernado en plena piel de época. Lomo con nervios, tejuelo y dorados algo fatigado. Puntas ligéramente dobladas con ligera pérdida de piel. Spine worn with section missing from top and tail, boards rubbed, covered with marbled paper which is detaching in part to reveal cracked boards underneath, boards loosely held by cords, endpapers and last 3 leaves detached, previous owner's inscription to top of title and first half title, a few plates have watermarks in margins, mostly clean and in very good condition, binding in poor condition.
