Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. First Edition (unstated). A VG 4to hardcover in a G+ dust jacket. A lavishly illustrated survey of Mary Pickford's early work with the Biograph Company, 1909-1912. The spine head and tail edges are lightly bumped and the otherwise fine boards and spine are now off-white with a hint of yellowing. The contents appear clean and securely bound. The predominantly white dj, which is NOT price clipped, has a vertical and horizontal tear at the tail of the spine, there are few small edge tears, and light rubbing or shelf wear in the front joint and on the rear cover. NOT an ex-library copy! **Extra charges will be requested to cover postage costs on expedited and/or international orders because of the size and weight of this nice film reference work.
