A series of reproductions from the National Art Survey drawings, published by a joint committee of the board of trustees for the National Galleries of Scotland and the Institute of Scottish Architects. Volume IV frontis is a little grubby but intact. Contains plans and views St Mary's Abbey, Iona; The Abbey Church of St Mirren, Paisley; Dunstaffage Chapel; Linlithgow Palace, and Pilmuir House, East Lothian. Some light soiling and dusting to page/plate edges, and Plates 17, 22 and 26 are missing from the Paisley section, although 22 and 26 have been replaced by large copies. Otherwise, all pages of text and plates are present and in good order. A very heavy item, which will incur extra carriage charges for non UK customers.
