A beautifully printed and illustrated guide in Hebrew for instructing teachers on how to make and using papercutting and paper art in the classroom. The first section is comprised of instructional text, followed by 40 plates of finely printed and vibrant color lithographs showing a variety of examples. Images, a few with gilt overprinting, include animals, buildings and household objects, Jewish symbols and iconography, as well as Hebrew letters. The final page of text includes a list of color names translated into Polish, German, Russian, French and English. Text in Hebrew. Binding with some scratches/abrasions and stains to the cover, light rubbing to corners. Light stains to edges of book block. Sporadic water stains and light foxing, mostly confined to the margins, with most images quite clean. Front free endpaper with a few notes in pen from a previous owner. Binding tight.
