Stapled Wraps. 1st printing. pp. 13. 8vo. An original copy, printed in English. Former owner's name and his rubber stamp to first page. Originally printed on newsprint which is now somewhat age-toned, but perfectly readable. A few creases, else in very good condition. Delivered in the House of Commons on March 9, 1933 and published as an official report of the House of Commons debates. A fascinating discussion by the then Prime Minister of Canada on the history and development of Canada's three transcontinental rail systems, and the need to amalgamate them.
