Vintage double weight reference photograph from the 1931 film, here referred to under its working title "The Southerner," showing actress Esther Ralston. With a mimeo snipe and the stamp of Dell Publishing Company to the verso. A man who has spent five years traveling the country as a hobo returns to his family's plantation home in the south. 8 x 10 inches. Very Good plus, faintly and evenly toned, with light wear to the top edge.
