Condition: Good. Dust Jacket. Good. Moderate chipping and short closed tears at the head and tail of the spine. This is only the Dust Jacket, and does not include the book.

Hardcover has light brown cloth-covered boards with a green spine panel and gold spine and cover lettering and decorations. Black and white illustrations by Peggy Bacon. 266 pages. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Spine ends very lightly bumped. Spine has a slight lean. Covers have very light surface and edge wear and well as some faint smudges. Pages lightly tanned, more so at periphery, but still supple. Pages clean and unmarked. Dust jacket has overall surface rubbing, chipped and nicked edges, small to 2 inch tears, and creases. Dust jacket is NOT price clipped, showing original price of $2.75. Jacket is in removable clear plastic protective cover. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
