From Acker Bilk, Johnny Richardson, Rod Mason" (see first image along top). Not dated but 1960's. Richardson was drums, Rod Mason trumpet. They sign separately. Nine B & W photo images, including presentation to Queen & Prince Philip (see images 2 to 5). Some minor text loss to Johnny Richardson's caption.
