Original British one sheet poster for the 1980 UK film. Printed in England. Based on a story by John Barry, and Amis' only foray into screenwriting. Alex and Adam (Fawcett and Douglas) are two scientists working at a space station on one of Saturn's moons. Their romance is interrupted by a murderous official from Earth (Keitel) who intends to build a demigod robot to replace the scientists. As is often the case, the robot starts to think for itself, with the usual results. 27 x 39.75 inches, folded as issued. Stress at the folds, and a few central pinholes, else Near Fine.
