Original Wraps. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Issued Without Jacket. 1st Edition. A 16 page saddle-stitched (stapled) pamphlet w/color photos. The story of resort owner Joel Nyquist. Nyquist opened the Little Itasca resort on Deer Lake 15 miles northwest of Grand Rapids, MN. in 1948. This pamphlet looks at his life & activities. Nyquist was 77 years old at the time of this publication (1974). In very good or better condition. Scarce.
