Folio, nearly 12 1/4 inches tall, 220 pages, b/w photographic illustrations, publisher's black cloth-backed gray cloth covered boards stamped in white (moderate wear and soiling, front hinge stretched due to ephemera laid-in, else very good). Laid-in: dj flaps, small photocopied article, an 8-page checklist for Lipchitz festival in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY, 1967 in brown construction paper covers (covers worn and lacking black library tape that once was spine).
