Soft cover. Condition: As New. No Jacket. Illustrated with glossy photos in both color and B&W (illustrator). 1st Edition. Dated 06-21-85, inscribed and signed by the author "David" (first name only.) Book purports to instruct the reader on how to grow rich by mining the remaining gold and silver deposits in the Mojave Mining District, near Death Valley, California. Fine and useful as far as it goes -- at least there are a few pages on "Mine Safety" -- though we'd feel remiss if we didn't point out this slim trade paperback doesn't devote much (if any) space to desert survival skills & equipment, nor to potential concerns over who may retain the legal rights to known ore deposits, whether or not old mining sites appear to be abandoned. Illustrated with glossy photos in both color and B&W. 80 pp. including glossary. Reduced from $52. Inscribed by Author(s).
