Contents Very good, clean & tight (almost mint), Authors dedication to title page "For Angus Mac Bean King Camera from (signed) Caryl Brahms (unable decipher looks like) Ballelquire January 1947" Caryl Brahms was born Doris Caroline Abrahams. This is a back-stage humorous novel set in the era of Edwardian musical comedy. Angus McBean(1904 - 1990) the celebrated society and theatre Photographer (in later years The Beatles loved his work, and he took photographs of them that were used on at least one Album cover) in fact in 1985 his portrait of Vivien Leigh, was used on a British postage stamp. I purchased this from his library sold at auction in Suffolk by his partner as he is selling their home & leaving the UK. This is one of many listed by me, sadly McBean did not write his name in the books. Size: 12.5 x 19cm Approx. Signed /dedicated by Author.
