Pero una disciplina pedagógica no puede ser, al mismo tiempo, una teoría pura. ¿Es posible una teoría general del derecho Sólo cuando existe una estructura sociológica, siempre recurrente; el ôderechoö, es decir una estructura en la cual, en las diferentes comunidades dadas históricamente.
