An often-cited criticism of U.S. policy, however, is that after the end of major hostilities and transition into stabilization operations, we fall short in post-conflict planning and execution. His latest overseas tour was to Iraq where he served as the Deputy Health Attaché to the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad working directly with the Minister of Health on the first implemented health policy since Operation IRAQI FREEDOM began. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington, a Master s in History and International Relations from Louisiana State University, a Master s in Health Care Administration, a Master s in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Health Services Research from the University of Florida, and an M.A. in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College."
