Condition: Good. 1957. Last Reprinted. 327 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Pictorial dust jacket over red cloth. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Unclipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Small areas of loss to spine ends. Light tanning to spine and edges. Water stain to spine.

Limited edition no. 200/675 bound in decorated vellum with string ties at the front. Light speckling to vellum, lightly bumped, slight cracks at two corners repaired with clear Japanese paper. Inner hinges have been strengthened with stronger Japan paper and then reinforced with clear non-acidic archival tape. Thus a stronger reading copy.There is no slip-case with this volume.
