There are 3 or 4 pages that are loose along with one signature to the rear. it is complete with 50 text pages 273 black and white plates and 5 color plates. Contents quite clean with no foxing or watermarks.

Illustrated blue-grey endpapers and pastedowns. No dust jacket. Title page printed in red and black. An errata slip tipped in. With numerous plates done in black and white, most of which are double-sided. The first section of this book contains a few color plates with tissue guards. With three large folding plates laid in the rear of the volume. Edited by Charles Harris Whitaker. Published just after the accomplished architect's death. A few annotations in ink and regular pencil from a private owner, the former owner also underlined throughout in red pencil, and tipped in a newspaper obituary for Grosvenor Goodhue.
