Rubbing to the exterior, and edgewear including nicks to the top and bottom of the fold, still very good. For voice and piano with chord diagrams for guitar. Plate imprint, "Is It True What They Say About Old Dixie - 3." Features short samples of "The Rooster's Crowin' (Coo - coo - coodee - coo)" and "Dust Off That Old Pianna" also by Caesar, Herbert, and Marks.
