Henry Woodson Strong (1849-1928) was a frontier scout and sheep rancher active in the Red River War. In this privately printed memoir, he offers a brief sketch of his early life, discusses John Chisum and his cattle trail, and then describes his experiences fighting Native Americans on the Texas plains. Undated, but likely printed around 1926.
