Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 2nd Edition. 667pp, lacks dust wrapper, as issued. No inscriptions, illustrated, all the fold outs appear undamaged. Has number 119 to half title page so presumably part of a limited edition. Very slight rubbing to edges of boards but nothing of any significance, just some very light marking to front lower corner, titles to spine are slightly faded. Very good condition internally, very little reading wear, hinges tight, just some very light spotting to edge of text block. Happy to supply photos on request exception condition copy. Very heavy book, will require additional postage outside the UK.
