Ephemera. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. This is a set of letters sent to J. I. Case stockholders in 1925, pertaining to the reorganization of the company as a corporation. Includes: 1) A single sheet letter "To the Stockholder."; 2) A 4-page "Reorganization Offer."; 3) A single sheet Proxy; and 4) A stamped (embossed) self-address envelope to J. I. Case. Also includes a 4-page stock description (single folded sheet, provided by A. R. Manley of Eau Claire, Wisconsin), and dated September, 1919 (this was likely not part of the original mailing). All in the original mailing envelope from J. I. Case, postmarked Jun 16 1925. The stock description is edgeworn and with some staining. The envelope is quite age-toned, and has tears where opened. Everything else is a bit age-toned, but clean. All have been folded. ; 27A.
