Schufle, Professor of Chemistry, Highlands University, Las Vegas, New Mexico, from a book by Sr. Bernardo J.Caycedo, an attorney in Bogota. In Caycedo's book were the notes that D'Elhuyar took of a lecture by 18th Century Swedish chemist, Torbern Bergman from which D'Elhuyar was introduced to 'tungstinic acid,' from which he later derived Tungsten for the first time. Light green, vellum-covered boards illustrated w/a reproduced photo of D'Elhuyar, practically unopened, only slight sunning of spine. Bind is stiff, Text is bright and clean.
