Thick red card, dust-stained to edges, with small puncture in the front and damage to lower half of the spine. Binding strong. Straightened dog-ear to base of half-title. Title page with red underlining. 62pp. on thick paper. Page headers with red capitals. Contents clean and bright. "Here is a shadow story about God's love, the devil's guile and the imaginings of children. It is written for grown-up people only though children take part in the little tableaux that appear on the tiny stage" (Preface). Title seems to be very scarce.
