Hanover House was also an imprint in the Doubleday family. Not in the McBride bibliography of Twain's works although the Hanover is. Neider was a prominent Twain scholar of the 20th century who edited and introduced many collections of Mark Twain's works. In the blue and gilt Tree of Life binding by Rafael Palacios for the ICL.
