Harry O. Diamond (illustrator). "Sunset: Cooking Bold and Fearless" first edition, 1957. In very good condition, with no marks except for a name and a few light smudges inside the front cover. (See photo.) 220 pages of many hundreds of Western-cooking recipes from men. Many recipes are hard-to-find, quite unique, and often ahead of their time. Published by the famed Sunset magazine group. The artwork is original and clever, circa mid-century. This would be an excellent addition to any cookbook collection. Later editions were titled "Cooking Bold and Fearless for Men." Recipes include soups, fish, poultry, meats, sauces, vegetables, eggs and cheese, pastas, pancakes, and desserts.
