The poem is about the Greek myth of Hero and Leander and their love. This work is the second from 'The Haslewood Reprints' series. In the publisher's original quarter cloth with paper to the boards and the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart with very light rubbing to the head and tail of the spine, light fading to the extremities to the boards with light handling marks to the head and very slight cockling to the rear.
