Iulian Ciocan (1968, Chi?in?u, Moldavi?) is romanschrijver, journalist en literair criticus. Ook is hij commentator bij Radio Free Europe. Zijn romans werden al in meerdere talen vertaald. 'Hartenvrouw' verscheen in 2018, en is zijn eerste roman in Nederlandse vertaling. In de serie OOST! verschijnt nog niet eerder in Nederlandse vertaling gepubliceerd werk van Oost- en Midden-Europese schrijvers.; Paperback met fris en schoon binnenwerk.
