Among the topics covered are: Junior Officers, Separation, Power of Attorney, Missing-in-Action, Life Insurance, Social Security, Legal Aid, Wills, Executor, Women's property rights, Income Tax, Widowhood, Relief Organizations, Correspondence, Home Front, Military Courtesy, and The Association of Army Wives. The author noted that every wartime separation involved among other things dozens of financial and legal problems. Many of these were of so special a nature that they do not even occur to the persons directly concerned, least of all at the time when they can be so easily resolved.
