Hardcover. Condition: Good. Publisher's original 3/4 pebbled black leather, stamped in gilt on spine, over green cloth, quarto, pp. 232. Tissue-guarded frontis and many other portrait illustrations. Foxing-like discoloration in the margins of pp. 26/27 (see our image), which we think is more likely old coffee or tea? Short tear in Index section at top edge of leaf 227/228 (see image). About Very Good withal.
